The roses
No — every bloom is handmade in our Canberra studio from satin ribbon or shaped pipe cleaner. They're crafted to look beautifully rose-like, but they're not fresh or preserved botanicals.
Years. Because there's no fresh plant material, our ribbon and pipe-cleaner roses don't wilt — they hold their shape and colour for years with normal indoor care.
Never. No water, no sunlight, no fuss. Just keep them indoors, away from heat and damp.
Kept out of direct sunlight, the colour holds beautifully. Bright, prolonged sun will gradually soften it over time.
Orders & delivery
Yes — we deliver anywhere in the ACT, with a minimum 48 hours notice. Complimentary studio pickup is also available.
No — we deliver within the ACT only. We don't ship interstate or internationally.
Yes — pickup is available by appointment. Get in touch and we'll arrange a time that suits.

Custom orders
Yes. Tell us your colours, occasion and budget through our enquiry form, and we'll design something one-of-one for you.
Most custom pieces are designed and delivered within 5–7 days from approval. Larger bouquets (18+ roses) need around 1.5 weeks, and pipe-cleaner flowers around 2 weeks.

Gifting
Every piece arrives gift-ready, tied with ribbon and accompanied by a complimentary handwritten card.
